Wildwood Center was built in 1988 and purchased by CBRE Investors Strategic Partners (CBREI) in August of 2007. The building features trophy-quality finishes and unique design elements such as the large efficient floor plates. The building is eleven stories with 679,626 rentable square feet. Major tenants include Manhattan & Associates, GE Capital Solutions and Financial Services Corporation.
When the building was purchased, CBREI invested a substantial amount of capital to complete projects such as the build out-of conference centers, renovation of the cafe, Installation of a new EMS system and VFD upgrades. Visiting or working at Wildwood Center is a tranquil experience as the building is situated contiguous to the Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area; more than 1,200 acres of federally protected forest land; and nature trails.
