The Pointe, Building 400 won the 2004 BOMA Atlanta TOBY Award in the 250,000 to 499,999 Square Feet category. The property management company was Jones Lang LaSalle, where Judi Sponsel, RPA was responsible for managing the property. Located at 400 Northridge Road, in what would later become the city of Sandy Springs, Georgia, construction of the 276,895-sqft building was completed in 1985.
