The Pinnacle won the 2002 BOMA Atlanta TOBY Award in the 250,000 to 499,999 Square Feet category. The property was managed by Cousins Properties Incorporated, where Linda Beauchamp was responsible for managing the property. Located on a 3.74-acre parcel of land located at the northeast corner of the intersection of Peachtree Road and Lenox Road in the Buckhead submarket of Atlanta, construction was completed on the building in 1998.
