Sanctuary Office Park

2007 | Suburban Office Park Low-RiseProperty Management Company: Jones Lang LaSalle Property Manager: Mark Harrington

Sanctuary Office Park is a 150-acre master planned suburban office development. The property is located on the west side of Georgia Highway 400, approximately 20 miles north of Atlanta. At the time this award was given, the master plan proposed 11 buildings containing an aggregate of over 1.8 million square feet. Initial development on the south side of the parkway left approximately 55 acres of undeveloped land situated on the north side of the parkway. The south side of the parkway had seven building sites and an additional 13.3 acres comprised of a pond and wooded lowland running adjacent to several creeks. This area serves as a natural buffer from the neighboring residential development and is protected from future development. At the time of this award, six buildings had been completed, and the seventh was under construction. The secluded setting benefits from secured gated access afterhours which tenants control via access cards. The on-site security team patrols the park 24/7. Each building is uniquely designed to blend timeless materials of wood, metal and stone to create architecturally pleasing features in each lobby and building façade. An extensive array of amenities also serves the tenants of the park. Walking paths, two fitness centers, three conference rooms, three cafés, a waterfall with outdoor seating and wireless internet highlight a few of the amenities. However, the on-site softball field with an active 16-team league is a unique amenity that the tenants especially enjoy. Sanctuary Park benefits from extensive landscaping around each building and along the private parkway. The combination of mature trees, towering pines, custom plantings, a wide variety of wildlife, and numerous flower beds create a peaceful and serene environment that attract the most distinguished of tenants.
