Sam Nunn Atlanta Federal Center

The Sam Nunn Atlanta Federal Center is comprised of four distinct structures: a 24-story rectangular high-rise tower, a 10-story mid-rise building, a six-story “International Style” bridge building, and the historic 1924 Rich’s Department Store. Interior finishes in the grand Rich’s Building Lobby of the 1924 Building have been carefully restored from its pink marble flooring and ornate plaster ceiling to the hand carved mahogany detailing of the elevator bank and entry vestibules.
