Resurgens Plaza

Resurgens Plaza is a 27-story Class-A office building located in the Buckhead submarket of Atlanta. It provides 400,175 square feet of net rentable area. The location provides easy access to Highway 400 and I-85 and features direct MARTA access inside the building. The foundation of the building consists of steel reinforced poured concrete footings, while the frame is made up of steel reinforced concrete column frames with steel frames and decking. The façade is bronze insulating vision glass with pre-cast concrete panels.
