NSH Cherokee Towne Lake MOB is located at 900 Towne Lake Parkway, Woodstock Ga., 30189. Local surface arteries, Interstate and state highway systems provide easy access to the property. 900 Towne Lake Parkway is located adjacent to Interstate 575 and was constructed in 2013.

The building is located on the north central portion of the property with a parking deck located on the north side of the building. A main roadway enters from the south and allows access to the facility, with secondary roadways branching off to the east and northeast providing access to the parking deck.

The property sits on 11.78 acres of land and has extensive landscaping throughout the site, the entrance, around the building and in islands throughout the surface lot. There are also concrete sidewalks, handicap accessible ramps and a monument sign. Other site amenities include a landscaped pond, waterfall and pedestrian bridge on the east side of the building as well as a fountain at the south entrance.

Along with a 3 – story parking garage, additional parking is provided along the front and west side of the building with a covered entry on the north side of the parking deck, which is essential to the patient experience. Large stone-faced retaining walls provide grade separation around the property.

The exterior of the building has unique attributes, with a steel canopy covering the entrances, precast concrete panels and brick veneer with EIFS finishes. The canopy’s were provided to shelter ambulatory patients upon arrival and departure. The upper level of the building façade has decorative projections away from the building perimeter, with alternating sections of brick veneer and EIFS. An aluminum-framed, storefront system with fixed insulating windows is present at the tenant spaces.

The exterior doors consist of commercial grade aluminum and glass, service and access doors are hollow insulated metal.
Lighting is provided by pole-mounted fixtures mounted on aluminum poles approximately 30 feet in height and spaced around the site, parking areas and along the main entrance drive. Building-mounted flood lights provide exterior building lighting, and ground-mounted lights. Decorative bollards are located along the pedestrian walkway.
