Northpark Town Center’s 400 and 500 buildings were designed by John Portman and Associates Incorporated. Northpark Town Center’s 600 building was designed by Smallwood, Reynolds, Stewart, Stewart and Associates Incorporated. The building is owned by the Bank of Ireland and managed by CB Richard Ellis. The property manager is Stacy Abbate. Northpark Town Center is comprised of 3 Class-A office buildings encompassing over 1.5 million square feet. Each building is 18 stories and the park is connected to the Sandy Springs MARTA station by a covered walkway. Two garden rooftops adorn the 400 and 500 buildings, with ample space for tenant functions and impromptu gatherings during the workday. The Garden offices directly below offer companies a back office option to their tower office counterpart. An interior bridge, which includes a vast amount of retail amenities, connects all of the buildings. At Northpark building 400, flame-cut granite walls with stainless steel accent stripes, polished granite floors, solid-core African mahogany doors, polished chrome lever hardware and fully landscaped rooftop garden set a tone of warmth and elegance for the building. At the Northpark 500 building, polished and flame-cut granite finishes with solid-core, full-height Honduran mahogany doors are featured. At Northpark 600, the stepped façade incorporates Dakota mahogany granite accent bands with bronze-tinted vision glass. The main lobby is richly detailed and features Dakota mahogany granite, Botticino marble and mahogany finishes. A similarly finished plaza court offers convenient vehicular access for tenants and guests. The buildings’ many amenities include an auto-detail salon, 2 dry cleaners, 2 cafés, 2 rooftop gardens, a health club, a wine and gift shop, 2 shoe shine operators, covered access to the MARTA station, 2 conference centers, a hair salon, 2 newsstands, a gourmet coffee shop and a flower shop tenant programs include a recycling program, a ride-share program through the Perimeter Transportation Coalition, a Tenant Relations program and discounted tickets to area attractions.
