Atlantic Center Plaza

Atlantic Center Plaza is a 24-story Class A office building located in the heart of Midtown Atlanta. A state-of-the-art fitness facility was constructed in 2003 and quickly became a favorite amenity of the building’s tenants. Atlantic Center Plaza opened in October of 2001, with three initial tenants. The largest of these tenants, Alston and Bird, moved into the building in 2002 and occupied 10 floors. Since then, the occupancy rate has grown as Atlantic Center Plaza has attracted a number of tenants, for a current occupancy rate of 96 percent. In addition to a fitness facility, the building houses a New York-style sandwich shop, newsstand, bank and even a shoe shine for the convenience of tenants. Atlantic Center Plaza’s variety of vendors and location in the heart of the thriving Midtown community make the building a popular location.
