The façade of 725 Ponce is a modern interpretation of an industrial building, featuring raw cast-in-place concrete that serves as both structure and exterior. Oversized factory-style windows create a seamless connection between the interior and the vibrant surroundings, offering breathtaking views of the BeltLine and cityscape.

A groundbreaking feature of this project is the integration of Carbon Cure technology, significantly reducing the concrete’s carbon footprint and earning 725 Ponce a LEED-CS Silver certification. This project stands as the largest structure to date employing Carbon Cure technology, demonstrating a remarkable commitment to sustainability.

Purposefully designed massing crafts a new urban space along the BeltLine, complete with inviting amenity terraces and retail spaces. Elevated on 60-foot-tall columns, 725 Ponce straddles a prototype grocer at the South end and a terraced landscaped entry portal to the BeltLine at the North, seamlessly blending nature and modern architecture. The development’s pedestrian-centric design includes a 60,000 square feet grocery store and a 12-story office building with modern industrial office space. Amenity terraces overlook Historic Fourth Ward Park, and the building lobby and retail spaces open directly onto the BeltLine, creating a dynamic and vibrant atmosphere.

Sustainability is at the core of 725 Ponce’s design, with exposed concrete reducing the need for additional finishes. Carbon Cure technology prevents 750 tons of carbon dioxide emissions, contributing to the building’s triple certification: BOMA 360, ENERGY STAR Certification rating of 96, and LEED O&M Gold, with Fitwel Certification underway.
