330 Physicians Center amenities include a street-level, covered patient drop off; ample free parking; and five stretcher-accessible elevators to rapidly move patients throughout the building. The building is connected to the Floyd Medical Center by a conditioned corridor, allowing visitors and physicians easy access between the buildings. Other amenities include a state-of-the-art computerized HVAC control system, after-hours card access for physicians, lobby fountain and a sandwich shop. Responsive management is achieved through an on-site building manager who is responsible for operations, maintenance and day-to-day tenant requests. As a result of the attention to detail from the design phase to the management and operations of the property, the 330 Physicians Center was 100 percent leased at the time this award was given and had an excellent mix of physicians representing 10 specialties. Each physician had a custom-built medical office suite designed to meet his or her individual practice needs.
