2500 Wildwood

The building—located at 2500 Windy Ridge Parkway—is a Class-A, 15-story office building developed in 1985 with 315,918 rentable square feet. The exterior finish and structural components of the building are a combination of reinforced concrete framing and a reflective glass curtain wall system with aluminum mullions. The building has a unique, curved architectural form that is stepped in—both vertically and horizontally—providing floor plates varying in size from approximately 22,000 square feet to approximately 25,000 square feet. The property is situated on just over 8 acres adjacent to the Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area.
