William T. Healey III

1967 - 1969 | BOMA-Atlanta / BOMA Georgia Presidents

William T. Healey, III served as BOMA Atlanta President from 1967 to 1969.

In an April 30, 1969 letter from William to the BOMA Atlanta membership he wrote, “The interest and enthusiasm of our members is greater than it has ever been. Last year the average attendance at our luncheon meetings was the largest in our history. We set another record for attendance when 72 Atlantans went to Savannah for the Southern Conference. This was the largest group from any city ever to attend a Southern Conference. Our Association was honored at this meeting. Saylors Andre’ was elected President for the coming year, Bill Clonts was recommended as International Executive Committeeman to represent the South, and Luther Call was elected Executive Vice-President for the twelfth consecutive time.

Men like these are responsible for our Association being admired and respected by every other local in the International Association.

These past two years as President of our Association have been the most important two years of my business life and, due to the efforts of Luther Call, they have certainly been among the most enjoyable.

In closing, I would also like to thank you, the members of our Association, for giving me the honor and pleasure of serving as your President.”
