Todd Mitchell, CCIM, RPA, Director of Property Management with Columbia Property Trust, served as the 2017 BOMA Georgia President.

Todd began his real estate career with Carter & Associates, where he served as Manager of General Services from 1993 to 1996. In that capacity, Todd had operational and administrative responsibilities related to 1100 Peachtree Street in Atlanta, a nearly 544,000 square foot property. Through subsequent promotions at Carter & Associates, his tenure there culminated in serving as General Manager, with responsibility for the management and operation of BellSouth Lindbergh City Center, a 1 million square foot property in Atlanta, from 2002 to 2004. During his decade-plus service to the company, he was recognized with the Carter Values Award.

In 2004, Todd then established IssaMAX, a real estate and facilities management consulting group focused on project management, building, equipment, grounds, utilities and capital improvements. Todd continued to serve as Managing Principle for the firm throughout his career.

In 2006, Todd joined Wells Real Estate as a Senior Property Manager, a position he held until 2011. There, he led the management and operations of several properties totaling 3.7 million square feet.

Todd then served as Director of Property Management for Columbia Property Trust from 2012 to 2020, with responsibility for more than 10.5 million square feet of real estate in Georgia, New York, California, and Washington, D.C. He was also assigned responsibility as Vice President and General Manager of Atlanta Operations while at the company.

From 2020 to 2023, Todd served as Director of Property Management for Bridge Commercial Real Estate, where he led the company’s operations through the COVID-19 pandemic. There, he led the company to earn the Well-Health Safety Rating from the International WELL Building Institute across its 65-building portfolio. The rating was developed in response to the COVID-19 pandemic as an evidence-based, third-party verified rating for facilities that focused on operational policies, maintenance protocols, stakeholder engagement, and emergency plans.

In 2023, Todd was hired by Allied International Cleaning Services as Senior Vice President, with business development responsibilities throughout metro-Atlanta.

Todd served as BOMA Atlanta’s Government Affairs Committee Chair from 2010 to 2011. He was elected to serve as a member of the BOMA Georgia Board of Directors in 2013 and served as a member of the board through 2018.

Todd received the 2010 BOMA Atlanta Committee Chair of the Year Award. In 2016, he received the BOMA Georgia Huey Award, the association’s highest honor. And in 2017, Todd was named Southern Region Member of the Year.

Outside of BOMA Georgia, Todd served as a member of the Perimeter Transportation and Sustainability Coalition’s Board of Directors, an organization focused on development of metro-Atlanta’s Perimeter submarket.

Todd earned the Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation from Building Owners and Managers Institute International (BOMI International) and the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation from the CCIM Institute. He graduated from Georgia State University in 1992 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in risk management and insurance.
