Melody Frcek

Melody Frcek, RPA, Vice President of Property Management at OA Management, served as the 2021 BOMA Georgia Foundation Chair. At OA Management, Melody led the staff and operations of the company’s property management division, which managed a 2.1 million square feet portfolio.

While serving as foundation chair, Melody also served as chair of the board of directors for Connections Homes, a faith-based nonprofit organization dedicated to connecting homeless young adults to families. Melody also maintained an active membership in the Atlanta Chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women.

Melody graduated from BOMA Georgia’s CRE Leadership Masters program in 2016 and previously earned the Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation from the Building Owners and Managers Institute International. She was also an inaugural recipient of the BOMA Georgia Foundation Philanthropic Leadership Award in 2017.
