Mark Dukes, RPA, CCIM, served as 2015 BOMA Georgia President.

As Vice President, Property Management, Dukes is responsible for all operations of a 50-building portfolio of healthcare assets located in 8 states. The properties are mostly on-campus MOB’s, affiliated with Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI). His core responsibilities include asset management, property management, client relations and customer satisfaction. Prior to joining Physicians Realty Trust, Dukes was responsible for managing Duke Realty’s healthcare portfolio, totaling 6.5 million square feet in 16 states.

Dukes began his property management career at Carter & Associates in 1991. During his fifteen-year stint at Carter, he led property management teams in the office, retail, mixed-use, and corporate facility sectors. He has a passion for exceeding customer expectations, developing talent, and community involvement.

Dukes’ BOMA service includes leadership roles at the local & regional levels, as well as committee participation and leadership at the international level. He is the recipient of two honorary awards bestowed in 2016 – the BOMA Georgia Huey Award and the BOMA Southern Region Member of the Year Award.
