Marie Worsham

Marie Worsham, RPA, CPM, served as 2018 BOMA Georgia President.

Marie began her real estate career as an assistant property manager with Cousins Properties in September 1996. In December 1999, she joined Equity Office Properties as an assistant property manager, a position she held through October 2000. Marie then served as a senior property manager at CarrAmerica from November 2000 to July 2004. She subsequently served as senior property manager for Advatis Real Estate Services until June 2007. Marie then served as director of property management at Cassidy Turley from June 2007 to April 2014. Next, Marie served as general manager for Hines from April 2014 to February 2018.

During her term as president, Marie transitioned from Hines to serving as vice president of real estate management services at Colliers International in February 2018 and then seven months later was promoted to serve as managing director for Colliers International.

Marie earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management form Shorter University. She also achieved the Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation from Building Owners and Managers Institute International and the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute for Real Estate Management.
