John G. Oliver has enjoyed a long career in commercial real estate. Oliver served as vice president in asset services with CB Richard Ellis, where he was responsible for both property management and facility management. Prior to that, Oliver was vice president of property management for Grubb & Ellis for their Southeast region and served on the firm’s Executive Property Management Council. In addition to his long track record with BOMA-Atlanta/Georgia and BOMA International, Oliver is also a past chairman of IREM’s (Institute of Real Estate Management) Asset Management Symposium. Oliver holds a bachelor’s degree in real estate from Georgia State University in Atlanta. Oliver is a proud husband, father and grandfather.
