Hugh I. Richardson, Jr. served two terms as BOMA Atlanta president, serving from 1963 to 1965. According to the May 14, 1964 issue of The Atlanta Journal, when Hugh was elected to serve a second term during the association’s annual meeting at the Atlanta Athletic Club, he gave a brief report, “revealing that Atlanta membership now represents 59 office buildings with a total of 5-1/2 million square feet of space, a sizable segment of the national investment of $15 billion in office buildings.”
