Bert Calvert

Bert Calvert, CPM, RPA, Director of Property Services for ARES, Inc., served as 1997 BOMA Atlanta President.

At ARES, Bert was responsible for the property management operations in ARES’ national portfolio of approximately 25 million square feet. In this role, Calvert supervises six regional managers located throughout the United States. His responsibilities include the efficient and profitable operation of the property management organization and the delivery of high quality, seamless excellence to all ARES tenants and clients. Prior to joining ARES, Inc., Calvert held senior property management positions with Cushman & Wakefield, Wilma Realty Services, Inc., and Spaulding Real Estate, managing portfolios ranging from 2 to 4 million square feet.

Bert earned a Masters in Business Administration degree from the University of North Carolina-Charlotte and a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial technology from Tennessee Technological University. He also earned the Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation from the Building Owners and Managers Institute and the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management.
