At JLL Technologies, Sam specializes in PropTech solutions for convenience store, retail, and multi-site commercial real estate markets. In his current role, he leads vertical market expansion, manages full sales cycles from prospecting to contract execution, and partners with C-level executives to implement technology solutions that optimize building performance and operational efficiency.

“My focus is on helping clients transform their operations through technology, ensuring real estate data becomes a strategic asset rather than a costly liability,” Sam said.

Sam has consistently delivered outstanding results, exceeding annual quotas by 20% and achieving 120% of the plan in just eight months. He has ranked number one in pipeline generation for 12 consecutive months and has been recognized as a top performer in both individual and team contributions.
