Resolution of Appreciation to the Saint Paul Real Estate Exchange

Below is the text of the oldest resolution adopted by the Atlanta Association of Building Owners and Managers, passed on August 25, 1914.

Whereas; the Atlanta delegation of the Atl’ Assn of Bldg Owners and Mangers en-route to the National Assn Convention at Duluth Minn had the opportunity and pleasure of stopping over in St Paul Minn July 13, 1914, and

Whereas; the St Paul Real Estate Exchange honored us with the appointment of a special committee to arrange for our comfort and pleasure during our stay in their attractive city, and

Whereas; the Entertainment Committee of the St Paul Real Estate Exchange extended to our delegation every courtesy possible and made our visit extremely pleasant in every respect, now, therefore,

Be it Resolved; that the Atlanta Association of Bldg Owners and Managers extend to the St Paul Real Estate Exchange our sincerest thanks and appreciation for the kindness shown our delegation with the hopes that we will soon have the good fortune of reciprocating to the best of our abilities the hospitality that we had the opportunity of accepting.

Also that a copy of these resolutions be spread upon the minutes of our association and that the Secretary be instructed to draft a copy of the same and send to the St Paul Real Estate Exchange.
