According to the minutes of the October 24, 1916, regular monthly business meeting, BOMA Atlanta passed a resolution congratulating Ivan E. Allen for success service as President of the Southeastern Fair.
The minutes state, “Upon motion of Mr. Wilkinson and carried that suitable resolutions be adopted by this Assn. congratulating Ivan E. Allen upon his great success as President of the Southeastern Fair recently held. Commitee appointed to draft said resolutions was C. F. Wilkinson, E. C. Kontz and W. R. Beck.”
