Phyllis Allen

Phyllis Allen, with Allied Universal serving OA Management, was recognized as the 2022 Safety and Security Professional of the Year by BOMA Georgia, making her the first recipient of the award. The award was created to recognize an individual who serves at a property or portfolio level who strengthens the safety and security of real estate assets, tenants, and visitors and to recognize exceptional customer service, communication skills, and dedication to serving others.

Phyllis was described by her colleagues as “someone who has been an integral part of the property’s community by consistently going above and beyond for customer service.” She was also described as “efficient and proactive because of her impressive ability to identify potential issues and quickly manage anything that comes her way.”

An individual who nominated Phyllis for the award said, “customers love her and know she is dependable and knowledgeable about the property.”

Phyllis was also an inagural member of the BOMA Safety and Security Organization, which was created by BOMA Georgia in 2021.
