Pattrick “Pat” M. Freeman, BOMA Fellow, RPA, SMA, CPM, CCIM, LEED AP, Executive Vice President of Property Management with Brand Properties, received the 2019 BOMA Georgia Foundation Philanthropic Leadership Award. He served as an inaugural member of the BOMA Georgia Foundation Board of Trustees, and subsequently served a one-year term as board chair. He has also consistently supported the foundation with personal charitable contributions at the foundation’s highest giving level. Pat also served as chair of the 2019 BOMA Southern Region Conference Education Task Force, ensuring that attendees at the Savannah conference had a solid educational experience.

“Pat is a lifelong learner, supporter of continuing education, leads by example, and has made a tremendous impact in the lives of so many people through his commitment to the BOMA Georgia Foundation,” said Gabriel Eckert, FASAE, CAE, BOMA Georgia Chief Executive Officer. “It is fitting that he is being recognized by the BOMA Georgia Foundation for his many years of helping others.”

Pat was named a BOMA Fellow by BOMA International in 2012. He also earned the Real Property Administrator (RPA) and Systems Maintenance Administrator (SMA) designations from the Building Owners and Managers Institute. Additionally, he earned the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management and the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation from the CCIM Institute. Pat also earned the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP) designation from the U.S. Green Building Council.
