Michael Knox

Michael Knox, SMA, with CBRE, was recognized as BOMA Georgia’s 2015 Engineer of the Year. In nominating him for the award, one member commented, “Michael is an absolute pleasure to work with. He is always cheerful and adds a bit of fun to every project. From all accounts, he has full respect from his coworkers, and his boss adores him. He’s recently taken on an additional large property and has been handling it like a champ.”

Another member said of Michael, “He is noted for always striving to make improvements within his building and is a great example of what an engineer in our industry should be.”

Michael’s supervisor noted that he is a true asset to the company, and he works hard to serve properties the best of his ability. She further remarked, “He is extremely well-rounded, and I feel very fortunate to have him on my team. I highly recommend him for Engineer of the Year. The recognition would be very well deserved!”

Michael also earned the Systems Maintenance Administrator (SMA) designation from the Building Owners and Managers Institute.
