Martha G. White, CMP, was recognized with the 2004 BOMA Atlanta President’s Award.

Martha served as Associate Executive Director for BOMA Atlanta from July 2001 to July 2006. Prior to joining the BOMA Atlanta staff, she served as Education & Safety Director for the Georgia Utility Contractors Association from June 2000 to July 2001. She also served as the Associate Executive Director for the American Association of Physican Specialists from January 1998 to June 2000, and as the Conference & Education Coordinator for the Georgia Bankers Association from January 1988 to December 1997.

“Martha served BOMA Atlanta well in various capacities,” said R. Alan Fisher, Ed.D, 2001-2004 BOMA Atlanta Executive Director. “She provided leadership and innovation to several key projects including oversight for all events, membership development, and many other responsibilities. Martha modeled a servant heart to fellow employees and members of BOMA Atlanta.”

“It was a pleasure to work with Martha at BOMA Atlanta,” said Gabriel Eckert, BOMA Atlanta Director of Communications and Marketing. “She has a passion for member service and she has a strong ability to build relationships with members and cares deeply about BOMA Atlanta.”

Martha was also recognized with the 2004 BOMA Atlanta Huey Award, the association’s highest honor.

Martha graduated from Shorter University in 1995 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management. She also earned the Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation from the Events Industry Council.
