Mark Dukes

Mark Dukes, RPA, CCIM, Vice President of Asset Management at Physicians Realty Trust, was named a BOMA Fellow by BOMA International in 2018.

At Physicians Realty Trust, Mark oversees all operations for a 187-building portfolio of healthcare assets, located in 30 states. His core responsibilities include asset management, property management, client relations, and customer satisfaction. Prior to joining Physicians Realty Trust, he was responsible for overseeing Duke Realty’s healthcare portfolio totaling over 6.5. million square feet in 16 states.

He is a past president of BOMA Georgia and also served as chair of BOMA International’s Asset Management Committee. Mark received BOMA Georgia’s highest honor, the Huey Award, in 2016 and was also named the 2016 BOMA Southern Region Member of the Year.

Mark is a graduate of the Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina
