Through the nomination process, John Smith was described as an exceptional engineer and teacher who is more than willing to help others excel. Smith is known for consistently having a genuine concern for the safety and security of his buildings, its tenants and its building team.
John also earned the Real Property Administrator (RPA) and Systems Maintenance Administrator (SMA) designations from the Building Owners and Managers Institute.
