Having enjoyed BOMA membership as a contributing member for many years, Valcourt Building Services’ Joe Parham established himself within the association as a go-to guy who could get the job done. Parham also enjoyed giving back to BOMA through committee service, having served on multiple committees over the years. And one of Parham’s most attractive characteristics is that he has the true mark of a gracious leader; humility. As one member said of this year’s winner, “He has been an integral part of BOMA-Atlanta for many years. He never seeks recognition for his contributions and just keeps on giving – sometimes behind the scenes without anyone knowing. He is committed to what he believes in, and his commitment has proven that he believes in BOMA.”
