2025 | Foundation Philanthropic Leadership AwardCompany: Structural Restoration Solutions

Jen Wright, Business Development Manager with Structural Restoration Solutions (SRS), has been chosen to receive the 2025 BOMA Georgia Foundation Philanthropic Leadership Award

The Philanthropic Leadership Award honors those who support real estate education and research through the BOMA Georgia Foundation. This year, the foundation is proud to present the award to Jen Wright. Her generosity and dedication to helping future real estate professionals have made a lasting difference.

Philanthropy means a lot to Jen. For almost thirty years, she has been involved with BOMA Georgia, always focused on helping others succeed. Through financial support, volunteering, and mentoring, Jen has worked to make sure professionals at all career stages have the resources they need to succeed.

Jen has also ensured that SRS has been a steady supporter of both the association and the foundation. As a Bachelor Level donor, SRS provides scholarships so building engineers and early-career professionals can get certifications, training, and education they might not otherwise afford. SRS also sponsors technical education and leadership programs that help members throughout Georgia. Jen also financially supports the foundation personally every year.

Jen just finished a two-year term on the BOMA Georgia Foundation Board of Trustees. She helped with strategic planning and made sure the foundation’s resources were used where they could do the most good. Her board service is part of a volunteer career that has already earned her recognition like the 2015 Allied Member of the Year and the 2013 Committee Chair of the Year.

People who have worked with Jen often describe her as a connector. She is known for making introductions, encouraging newcomers to get involved, and helping early-career professionals find their way in the association and foundation. Many members say their first BOMA experience happened because Jen encouraged them, whether it was attending a program, joining a committee, or applying for a scholarship.

Jen’s support for building engineers has been especially notable. Jen has long viewed the building engineering profession as essential to commercial real estate success, and her efforts have helped keep technical education a top priority for both the association and the foundation.

Jen’s impact can be seen across the BOMA Georgia community, from scholarships and funded programs to the professionals she has mentored. She believes that investing in people makes

the whole industry stronger, and this belief has guided her work for decades and still shapes the foundation today.
Because of her ongoing leadership and dedication to real estate education, Jen Wright truly deserves the 2025 Foundation Philanthropic Leadership Award.
