Malone Construction’s, the late James Buck, received a staggering amount of nominations for this award. Having served on the allied council and the BOMA-Atlanta board of directors, he was no stranger to acting in a leadership capacity. As a fellow allied member said of Buck, “He continues to be the ambassador to the allied members by helping them get acquainted with other members and successfully getting these members entrenched into the organization.” Another allied member said of him, “As far as I am concerned, he is the mayor of BOMA. He knows everyone, goes out of his way to help new and seasoned members alike. He represents BOMA so well in Atlanta and thinks of the association’s interests first.”
