Grace Bickham

Duke Realty’s Grace Bickham, RPA, has been an active member of BOMA Georgia for years. A previous member of the board, she has also chaired and served on several of BOMA Georgia’s committees; nearly all of them, in fact. Bickham has served the association in numerous capacities; most notably as a past president of BOMA-Atlanta and as the chairperson of the Centennial Task Force, an appointment that led the association’s celebration of 100 years of building excellence. Bickham is also known for being a fun-loving, generous individual with many additional personal attributes that assist in her success as trust real estate professional. As one BOMA member said of our winner, “She is known throughout BOMA for her experience, kindness and approachability.”

Grace also earned the Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation from the Building Owners and Managers Institute.
