2015 | Manager of the YearCompany: Cushman & Wakefield

Amanda Madrid, with Cushman & Wakefield, received BOMA Georgia’s 2015 Manager of the Year Award.

Amanda’s supervisor noted that during their time together she did a phenomenal job managing the property, while also winning awards and accolades both within her company and even more importantly from her clients. She also stated, “Amanda is an incredible leader. Her team has learned so much under her leadership, and their customer-focused and can-do attitude is contagious and thrilling to watch.”

One allied member said about Amanda, “I have seen her work hard on the Awards Committee and TOBY Committee for many years now. She is also a member of the BOMA Georgia Board of Directors, so I know she has worked hard to do what is best for the association. When I first arrived on the BOMA scene, I remember she was one of the first property managers to let me come talk to her about our services. That was a big learning experience. She is smart, kind, and knowledgeable about the commercial real estate industry.”

One of Amanda’s coworkers said, “All of the buildings Amanda manages are LEED Gold Certified. She has surpassed every expectation and completely wowed the new owner and her company. All of these things not only make her a great property manager, but these things make her an exceptional property manager and worthy of the award.”
