999 Peachtree’s architectural style is postmodern. The striking tower consists of a travertine and window- covered façade with a two-level roof. The 2024 renovated 2-story lobbies create a dynamic focal point. The lobbies flooring and walls are classic white marble. The east lobby features a striking security desk in contrasting black marble. The west lobby features an art installation of a highly realistic grove of large trees with elegant seating amidst impressive artwork.
