Northside Medical Midtown opened its doors on July 23, 2018, serving as Northside Hospital’s flagship urban medical office destination in the heart of Atlanta. The campus expanded in January 2022 with the addition of Northside’s Advanced Surgery Center, a 29,659-square-foot facility that further enhances the property’s growing portfolio of outpatient services. Today, the building welcomes approximately 500,000 patients each year, offering convenient, high-quality care to both Midtown residents and daily commuters.

With 12 stories and nearly 169,000 square feet of medical space, complemented by a dedicated parking deck of more than 860 spaces, the property represents Northside Hospital’s largest presence within an urban core.
