17 Executive Park
17 Executive Park is a six-story multi-tenant office building located in the prestigious and rapidly developing Brookhaven/North Druid Hills submarket of Atlanta. 17 Executive Park is managed by Lincoln Property Company on behalf of the owner, Emory University Office of Real Estate Services. It is located adjacent to the new Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta hospital and is nearby to many local eateries and retail businesses.
The property was built in the 1960s by Taylor & Mathis and has undergone many upgrades since then. Lincoln acquired management of this building in 2016 and has given it the attention it deserves while maintaining the integrity of the building.
