2023 | Young Professional AwardCompany: Core Property Capital

Laura Redman, Property Manager with Core Property Capital, received the 2023 BOMA Georgia Young Professional of the Year Award. The award was created to recognize a BOMA Georgia member who has been active in the association for four years or less and has demonstrated excellence in serving the commercial real estate industry in their area of expertise.

An individual who nominated Laura for the award said, “My nomination for Laura Redman is an easy one to make. Laura’s dedication to her property and team is unmatched. She works diligently to keep her property at its best while continuously cutting costs. It’s a fine balance but she has mastered providing the best service for our tenants while making sure that our expenses are in line. In addition, Laura’s dedication to her team is amazing to watch. She makes sure that the engineers get the funding required to maintain equipment at its top condition while assisting them in looking for alternative measures to save money for the property. Lastly, Laura’s dedication to community service is inspiring. She has organized our participation with the Children’s shelter in Midtown and has raised funds and supplies for this worthy charity so that we can make an impact on these young lives.”

One of her coworkers said, “Overall, Laura is a great example of a well-rounded and smart property manager. Personally, Laura is a joy to work with and I am very proud and pleased that she is on the Core Team.”

Laura joined BOMA Georgia in 2021 and was subsequently a member of the Community Service Committee and the 2024 BOMA Southern Region Conference Education Committee.
