Northside Medical Midtown opened its doors for business on July 23, 2018. With 12 stories and nearly 169,000 square feet, a parking deck totaling over 860 spaces, this property marks Northside Hospital’s largest urban location serving Atlanta’s healthcare needs. With the addition of Northside’s Advanced Surgery Center at 29,659 square feet scheduled to deliver in January 2022. The property is projected to serve up to 500,000 patients annually through an optimal mix of convenient healthcare services for the residents and commuters of Midtown.

This Class-A building offers a 24/7 security, full-service fitness center, EV charging stations, onsite property management team, conference room, onsite Asian E-Ramen noodle restaurant, lush interior plants, lobby moss wall, local artwork and modern interiors throughout.
