Marie Kastens, RPA, CCIM, served as 2004 BOMA Atlanta President.

Marie Kastens has decades of experience in the real estate industry. As CBRE’s director of asset services for Atlanta, her portfolio consists of 12 million square feet of office, industrial and medical properties. During her tenure with TPA, Kastens served as Principal/Senior Vice President with oversight of the property management division with an office and industrial portfolio totaling 8 million square feet. While in that capacity, she was also responsible for client relations, new business development, medical leasing, financial management and property value enhancement. In 1997, under Ms. Kasten’s leadership, Century Center Office Park was awarded the Building Owners and Managers Association TOBY award for office park of the year. In 2003 and 2004 Marie received the NAIOP Million Dollar Award. In addition to holding an associate of science in nursing from Kennesaw State University, Kastens hold a Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation and a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. She is also a member of the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute, the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, the CBRE Women’s Network and a Licensed Associate Broker in the state of Georgia.
