Government Proclamation

2011 | Atlanta City Council

The Atlanta City Council recognized BOMA-Atlanta as a “compassionate corporate citizen and [expressed] gratitude to BOMA for its ongoing commitment to Atlanta through community service” on October 21, 2011. The resolution unanimously passed by the Atlanta City Council also recognized BOMA-Atlanta for its third annual HomeAid Construction Project, during which BOMA members invested their time and talent in renovating two buildings: Mary Hall Freedom House, which serves women and mothers by empowering them to break the cycle of addiction, poverty, and homelessness; and Trinity House-Big Bethel, a residential transitional program serving homeless men with issues regarding drug dependency.
