Hermes Creative Award

BOMA Georgia received a 2024 Gold Hermes Creative Award from the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals (AMCP), in the Electronic Media, Association Website category, recognizing the CRE Insight Journal website.

The Hermes Creative Awards program began in 1995 as “a way to honor great accomplishments in the communication profession,” according to AMCP, and grew into an “international competition for communications professionals dedicated to the creation of traditional materials and emerging technologies.”

At the time of the recognition, BOMA Georgia’s www.CREInsightJournal.com website was a leading resource for commercial real estate (CRE) professionals in Georgia and beyond. The featuresd a growing catalog of resources including articles, videos, webinars, publications, and other resources in nearly 30 content categories. Furthermore, with more than 100 unique pieces of content added in 2023, the website had quickly become a go-to resource for CRE professionals.

The website also included a collection of digital publications, career-related resources, and a marketplace to find product and service providers. Importantly, the education section of the website was used to offer webinars on topics including cybersecurity; diversity, equity, and inclusion; environmental sustainability; leadership; mental health; and more.

Additionally, two awards programs were conducted through the website. These awards programs have gained national – and international – participation. The CRE Insight Journal Awards recognized commercial real estate companies and buildings excellence in diversity, equity, and inclusion; tenant care; environmental sustainability; and collaborative service. The 10 to Watch awards program recognized the real estate industry’s top early career professionals by sharing the stories of how emerging professionals are shaping the real estate industry through a variety of career pathways.

Finally, CRE Insight 365 membership provided on-demand access to exclusive content, serving the diverse needs of CRE professionals.
