TRENDY AWARD (FORMERLY ALL MEDIA CONTEST)

The BOMA Georgia Foundation was recognized by Association TRENDS with a 2023 Silver TRENDY Award in the Promotional Items category.

The BOMA Georgia Foundation created a special pin to encourage individuals to donate to the foundation and to thank individuals who made a contribution of $125 or more. The pin featured a colorful graphic representation of buildings and the words “Building the Future.” The theme signifies how donors are building the future of the real estate industry through their support of the BOMA Georgia Foundation’s scholarship and research programs.

Individuals were made aware of the opportunity to donate and receive a pin through email marketing, print communications, and at events. The efforts proved to be more successful than anticipated. The foundation set an all-time record in funds raised from individual contributions and a 154% increase in funds raised over the prior year.

At the time the award was received, the mission of Association TRENDS, a for-profit corporation, was to “equip association industry professionals with the tools they need to better understand and serve their associations and the industry at large through research, publications, training programs, events, and more.”
