TownPark Commons

All four buildings at TownPark Commons are designated ENERGY STAR with an average score for all buildings greater than 80. The park is currently in pursuit of both LEED and BOMA 360 designations. Tenants at the property have access to the latest technology, including SMART Boards, electronic projection screens and multi-tier lighting systems.

TownPark Commons has partnered with the CleanAir Campaign and Douglas County to implement a commuter vanpool program that is utilized by many of its tenants. Additionally, building policy and procedure only permit the use of environmentally friendly products by the janitorial staff. Nearly a ton of electronic components are diverted annually from landfills through the campus’ annual recycling event. The security systems at TownPark Commons tracks all actions and movements made by security officers at the premises, promoting safety for all tenants and staff and allowing for better reporting and accountability to the management staff.
