Overlook 3

Atop the highest point inside the Perimeter, the Overlook 3 building is truly a gem. Built in 1987, it is well known in the community of Vinings, distinguished by its diamond top that can be seen over the skyline. The building is situated on top of a historic hill, where General Sherman reportedly watched the pivotal Battle of Atlanta. It is easy to see why he chose this location when one stands in the atrium of the lobby and looks southward, enjoying an un-paralleled view of the Atlanta skyline. Located on nearly eight acres, the building features lush landscaping, including a large rock waterfall and garden area. While the building enjoys a sense of serenity with its wooded and natural surroundings, Overlook 3 also offers easy access to many area amenities, such as Cumberland Mall, Parkway Pointe Shopping Center, and the Vinings Jubilee Shopping Center. Its location offers easy access to both I-285 and I-75. Overlook 3 offers many amenities to its tenants. Retail shops on-site include a jewelry store, print shop, florist, hair salon, convenience store and car detailing salon. The café, located on the lobby level, is currently under renovation and is due to open in May. In the interim, Chick-fil A and Moe’s Southwest Grill serve the building daily during the lunch hour with their popular food items. Other amenities in the building include a conference facility, dry cleaning pickup, online concierge service, 24-hour security, high speed internet access, free covered parking, and WiFi access in the lobby, café and garden area. The building features 18 balconies and a typical floor plate of 26,000 square feet. Also located in the building is The Vinings Club, a prestigious and well known fixture in the community. The club hosts weddings, special events and charity fundraisers. They serve breakfast and lunch daily to its members. In addition to being a dining club, The Vinings Club offers a workout facility with lap pool (located on the 2nd floor of the building), exercise classes, racquetball court, dining club, massage services, and nightly member functions and socials.
