Center Pointe

Center Pointe is a 363,174 square foot two-building office complex connected by a three-story plaza located just off Interstate 285 at Peachtree Dunwoody and Johnson Ferry Roads. Convenience to Northside Hospital, Saint Joseph’s Hospital and Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta provide an ideal medical office location for physicians and patients. The property was acquired by Duke Realty Corporation in 2007 with plans to retrofit the building for medical use to meet the growing need for quality clinical space in the Pill Hill area. The renovation investment of $8.2 million included enhancing the main entrances with a canopy for covered visitor and patient drop-off, electrical, plumbing and HVAC upgrades. Replacement of the roof, fire panel and existing cooling towers; updated corridors and restrooms, plus campus signage and elevator modernization, greatly improved the property for its expanded medical use. Medical occupancy has grown to 90 percent during the past four years with more than 12,000 square feet of general and specialty surgical procedure areas.
