2500 Wildwood

2500 Windy Ridge Parkway is a Class-A 15-story office building developed in 1985 with 315,918 rentable square feet. The exterior finish and structural components of the building are a combination of reinforced concrete framing and a reflective glass curtain wall system with aluminum mullions. The building has a unique, curved architectural form that is stepped in, both vertically and horizontally, providing floor plates varying in size from approximately 22,000 square feet to 25,000 square feet. The property is situated on just over 8 acres adjacent to the Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area and offers excellent views of the river, Atlanta’s midtown and downtown skylines, and Kennesaw Mountain. 2500 Wildwood earned USGBC’s LEED Gold certification in February 2010 and is currently a candidate in the performance period for LEED Platinum.
