200 Ashford Center North

200 Ashford Center North is located in one of Atlanta’s largest office submarkets that has steadily increased in size, density and quality of development. Many of 200 Ashford’s tenants live only miles from the property, creating healthy stress levels and quality of life. It is also the home to over 20,000 honey bees living in a single hive that is maintained by Parmenter Staff.

In just nine short months, Parmenter completely renovated the restrooms, made lobby and elevator exterior upgrades, retrofitted all exterior lighting, installed five EV charging stations, signed five new tenant leases and implemented building recycling programs.
