1275 Peachtree Street at the Circle

The 1275 building, which offers a prestigious office address only steps away from the best Midtown residences, dining, shopping, theater, and the arts, houses the corporate headquarters of Carter & Associates. The Teatro XIX sculpture outside the main lobby complements the Woodruff Arts Center located across the street. During the designing of the 1275 building, the housing of an art collection was an important consideration. A special committee, including the architect, interior designer, and art consultants, worked on placement, lighting and framing the works.
