Michelle Dixon

Michelle Dixon, RPA, Property Manager at Parmenter Realty Partners, served as 2010 BOMA Atlanta President.

Michelle began her career in commercial real estate in 1985, managing and leasing office executive suites in Atlanta. Having been exposed to both the leasing and property management aspects of the commercial industry, her passion steered her toward property management. She joined Fifth Street Management as a property manager in November 2005 and then joined Parmenter Realty Partners in April 2008.

Under her leadership, properties she served achieved seven TOBY awards, one Earth Award, two Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certifications and two BOMA 360 Performance Program designations.

Michelle earned the Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation from the Building Owners and Managers Institute International.
